Set in New York City, Yellow Box Dreams follows a first-generation Dominican-American high school senior, Cesar, who while struggling to envision his future, discovers a yellow newspaper box that becomes the canvas for his artistic ambitions. As his passion grows, he is forced to confront his mother's expectations and ultimately find the confidence to define his own path.
