Workplace Experience Intern

A24 is looking for a part-time, in-office intern to support the Workplace Experience team -- must be available Tuesdays & Thursdays up to 15 hours per week.

This internship is based in our West Hollywood office.

Responsibilities

Shadow Office manager and receptionist in their day-to-day dutiesAssist with office admin and reception coverageConference room upkeepMaintain kitchen, bathrooms, supply rooms, and common areas, ensuring they are well stocked and clean throughout the dayHelp organize in-office eventsRun errands as neededLight A/V troubleshootingShipping and distributing mailAssist with general office email inboxHelp keep office technology operatingAd hoc projects as neededQualifications
