Job Overview
No experience necessary! Optimally we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinters to join our team. There is room to grow for the right individual. The ideal candidates will have a passion for workmanship and a strong understanding of window film installation techniques. As a Window Film Installer, you will be responsible for applying window film in homes and businesses (not auto at this time), ensuring high-quality finishes that meet customer expectations and be able to communicate with the clients. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable on ladders. Having experience with scissor and boom lifts is a plus. Will train on site if you have no previous knowledge.
Duties
Apply window tint film to various types of buildings with precision and care.
Ensure proper alignment and adhesion of the film to achieve optimal results.
Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards.
Assist in the removal and installation of architectural glass as needed.
Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for cutting and fitting window film.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer satisfaction.
Experience
Previous experience in auto tint, and flat glass tint installation is a plus.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary.
Familiarity with architectural glass replacement and film is a plus.
Proficient in using hand tools and equipment related to window tinting.
Experience in building plan estimating and bidding projects.
A background as a mechanic or in related fields will be advantageous.
Having experience operating scissor and boom lifts.
No previous knowledge is required. On site training is available.
Must have a valid Drivers license and be comfortable driving a Van.
