As a locally family-owned business, we have proudly served West Michigan and surrounding areas for more than 20 years. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial window film solutions designed to improve comfort, safety, security, energy efficiency, and aesthetics.

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Film Installer to join our growing team. This role is hands-on and involves installing high-quality window film for residential and commercial customers throughout West Michigan. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys working in a team environment, and delivers excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do

Install window film on residential and commercial glass surfaces
Measure, cut, and apply film with accuracy and efficiency
Prepare and clean glass surfaces prior to installation
Safely use tools, ladders, and installation equipment
Travel to customer job sites throughout West Michigan and surrounding areas
Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Complete job documentation and ensure quality standards are met

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time position with consistent work
Travel required within West Michigan and surrounding areas
Occasional overtime depending on project needs (with 1 or 2 projects may require overnight/hotel stay)
Hands-on, active work in a variety of residential and commercial environments
