Drive customer satisfaction by consulting on film performance, heat rejection, and privacy benefits to match specific project goals.
Ensure long-term durability of installations by meticulously prepping glass surfaces and utilizing advanced heat-shrinking techniques.
Operate professional-grade cutting tools and application equipment to achieve seamless, bubble-free results.
Contribute to a high-standard work environment by maintaining equipment and adhering to strict safety and quality control benchmarks.
Proactively expand technical expertise by staying current with emerging film technologies and industry-standard installation methods.
Required Skills
Demonstrated proficiency in applying window tint film across automotive and flat glass environments.
Exceptional eye for detail with a focus on achieving a premium, defect-free appearance.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical product benefits into clear client solutions.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
