We are looking for an experienced professional to mentor our emerging filmmakers by providing written and live feedback on a batch of 6 to 10 script demos from emerging writers. Your feedback is the deliverable, and it has a direct, immediate effect on who advances and what they learn. Scope of work: - Review a batch of 6 to 10 script demo submissions (short Global Lens scripts) - Write specific notes on voice, structure, clarity, and storytelling - Join one live feedback session to react to scripts in real time with the writers - Offer light guidance on a small community writing project or two - Flag standout writers who are ready for real Ineffable Films projects The ideal volunteer is a working or experienced professional in this craft who remembers what it felt like to be starting out and wants to give the kind of honest, encouraging feedback they wish they had received. Ineffable Films exists to open the film industry to emerging and underserved storytellers, the people who rarely get a foot in the door, let alone a mentor who will look at their work and tell them the truth kindly.
