We are seeking a reliable and people-oriented Volunteer Coordinator to support our team in the lead-up to and during the San Diego International Film Festival. This is a hybrid role that combines behind-the-scenes coordination with on-site event support. Responsibilities include: • Training on and assisting on VOME (our volunteer database) to build and organize shifts across multiple events • Assisting the Volunteer Director at events with: • Volunteer check-in and check-out • Distributing volunteer t-shirts • Supporting volunteers with schedules and logistics • Helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for all volunteers • Festival Week (October 13–18): Full-time availability required If you’re looking to be an integral part of a dynamic, high-energy film festival, we’d love to hear from you.
