We are seeking a reliable and people-oriented Volunteer Coordinator to support our team in the lead-up to and during the San Diego International Film Festival. Responsibilities include: Training on and assisting on VOME (our volunteer database) to build and organize shifts across multiple events Assisting the Volunteer Director at events with: Volunteer check-in and check-out Distributing volunteer t-shirts Supporting volunteers with schedules and logistics Helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for all volunteers Schedule: Festival Week (October 1318): Full-time availability required What we're looking for: Comfortable with technology and learning new systems Strong organizational and communication skills Friendly, proactive, and dependable Enjoys working with people in a fast-paced event environment We will provide training on our volunteer database and event processes.
