Visiting Assistant Professor of Film Production and Cinematic Media

The Department of Media Arts invites applications for a full-time, Visiting position in Film Production and Cinematic Media at the rank of Assistant Professor. This is a nine-month, appointment in Film Production and Cinematic Media. Additional responsibilities include: MFA or other terminal degree in Film, Cinematic Arts, Media Production, or a closely related field; equivalent professional experience may also be considered Demonstrated record of professional, scholarly, or creative activity in film or media production Experience teaching or mentoring students in film production and cinematic storytelling Proficiency in industry-standard production and post-production tools and workflows Evidence of collaborative practice and the ability to work across creative and technical discipline.
