Video Production Intern

Role Description This Video Production Intern role is a freelance internship position based in Cleveland, OH with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some duties to be completed from home. The intern will assist with all stages of video production, including pre-production planning, on-set support, and post-production tasks such as logging footage and preparing basic edits. Daily responsibilities may include organizing equipment, supporting camera and audio setups, assisting with lighting, and helping maintain production schedules and documentation. The intern will also help with content preparation for digital platforms, file management, and quality checks under the guidance of senior team members. This role offers hands-on experience in a professional production environment and exposure to video content marketing practices.

Qualifications

Foundational knowledge or coursework in film, video production, media, or a related field, with interest in both narrative and commercial content.Basic skills in camera operation, audio recording, and lighting, or a strong willingness to learn and practice on set.Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and comfort working with digital media files.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail, file organization, and ability to follow production processes.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take direction, ask questions, and work well in a team environment.Reliable transportation to Cleveland, OH for on-site work and the ability to accommodate a hybrid schedule as needed.Professionalism, punctuality, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset; prior internship or project-based experience is a plus.
