As a frontliner, Theatre Staff will work behind concession and box office, interacting with guests to make each experience magical and fun. Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome.Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests at all times.Responding promptly to Guest requests.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional guest support.Staying current on new releases and upcoming movies.Communicating and coordinating as a team with your fellow colleagues.Completing any other duties as delegated or directed by your supervisor.Sales Work behind registers managing transactions of guests on ticket sales or redemption ofvouchers.Sell concession items to guests.Be knowledgeable of the items offered by the theatre including prices.Cleaning/Sanitation Perform other duties as assigned to maintain efficient and safe operations.
