Two Nights in Altoona

Between Us Theater Company is seeking actors for Lily Boulard’s new play Two Nights In
Altoona (last seen as part of the 2025 NYC Fringe Festival). The show has been accepted
into the Rogue Theater Festival digital division, which means a filmed production of the show
will stream on the platform CUR8 from July 6th-12th. Lying somewhere between theater and
film, the production will resemble a pro-shot.
The show follows Cecilia, an up and coming star in her mid-20s,
as she reconnects with her parents and confronts old familial wounds. The show contains
serious subject matter including eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and fatphobia.
Especially in a Hollywood climate infiltrated by ozempic, this story is more relevant than ever.
