A majority of your day-to-day role will focus on high-reach maintenance; safely erecting and tearing down scaffolding, platforms, and staging to perform critical interior/exterior preventative maintenance. Experience: 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in general building maintenance, commercial maintenance, and/ or mechanical equipment servicing. Must have experience with high-reach scaffolding/staging erection. Availability: Must be able to work 40+ hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays depending on maintenance schedules. Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
