Role Description The Tint & PPF Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. This role involves installing automotive window tint, paint protection film (PPF), and other surface protection products with precision and attention to detail. This role is split between 2 locations. Qualifications Experience in tint installation, PPF application, or similar film applications Attention to detail, ability to work with precision, and high standards of craftsmanship Strong technical and manual skills, including the use of tools for film cutting, shaping, and application Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure a professional client experience Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry advancements Prior experience in automotive detailing or vehicle customization is a plus XPEL certifications or training is preferred .
