Thin Film Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Swing Shift Supervisor to lead ~20 operators to manufacture thin film devices with safety, efficiency, and quality. Required: 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or lead technician with emphasis on coordinating the work of others Working knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and lot tracking methodologies Practical experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement ideas Proven leadership in a high-mix production environment Desired: Associates degree or higher in a technical field 3+ years of cleanroom manufacturing experience in microfabrication, semiconductor, MEMS or similar environment Hands-on experience across several microfabrication processes (e.g. lithography, sputter deposition, dry/wet etch, electroplating, electrical test, laser, diving, visual inspection) Intermediate proficiency with Excel or similar tools for data analysis and decision making Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Santa Rosa, CA Under these laws and regulations, U.S. persons (which includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) working for Keysight can access export-controlled items without authorization from the U.S. government. The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
