We are seeking a Swing Shift Supervisor to lead ~20 operators to manufacture thin film devices with safety, efficiency, and quality. 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or lead technician with emphasis on coordinating the work of others Working knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and lot tracking methodologies Practical experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement ideas Proven leadership in a high-mix production environment Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Santa Rosa, CA Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of the U.S., or protected individual, having authorization from the U.S. government for export-controlled items under 8 U.S.C. The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
