Thin Film Operator – Santa Rosa, CAPay: $24–26/hr DOE | Shifts: Day & Swing Join our Thin Film team in Santa Rosa, where we manufacture high-quality thin film circuits for both internal and external customers. You’ll be an integral part of fabrication, test, or separation, ensuring the consistency and quality of every circuit produced. What You’ll Do:Operate manufacturing equipment such as masking, etching, bonding, probe stations, microscopes, or cameras for setup and visual verification.Handle delicate and sensitive materials in substrate and circuit form with care and precision.Work independently under the direction of a coordinator while collaborating closely with engineers, trainers, and fellow operators.Follow strict quality standards to ensure every circuit meets performance expectations.Contribute to the team’s goals while maintaining attention to detail and steady, deliberate movements.Skills & Qualifications:Must-Haves:Ability to work in an ESD-controlled environment.Skilled hand-eye coordination for handling small, delicate parts.Proficient computer skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Willingness to escalate concerns through the proper chain of command.Preferred Qualities:Strong multitasking and coordination skills.Collaborative team player.Careful and precise handling of sensitive products.Education:Minimum GEDIf you’re detail-oriented, enjoy working with delicate materials, and want to be part of a team that values quality and precision, we’d love to hear from you!
