Join our dynamic team as a Theatre Operations Manager! We are looking for passionate individuals for both Full Time and Part Time positions. Your role will be crucial in delivering an exceptional guest experience at our theatre.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee theatre staff to ensure top-notch guest satisfaction. Perform daily opening and closing operational duties. Maintain high-quality film and facility presentation. Provide prompt and appetizing food and beverage service. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. Requirements:
Experience in theatre management and the theatre industry is preferred. Able to manage multiple tasks and execute directives efficiently. Comfortable analyzing financial and performance metrics to optimize operations. Exhibit a positive attitude and outstanding guest service skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact with guests, staff, and vendors. Basic computer skills are necessary, along with applicable work experience.
