As a Theatre Operations Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently within our theatres. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and repair theatre facilities, equipment, and property to foster a welcoming environment for our guests. Perform repairs and maintenance throughout the theatre, including flooring, restroom fixtures, wall coverings, plumbing, and minor electrical work.Maintain, clean, and organize Cinemark-owned tools and supplies safely.Remove trash and broken parts from repair areas and tidy up once tasks are completed.Inspect the theatre regularly to ensure cleanliness and good working order in preparation for the following day's operations.Work collaboratively with the General Manager to prioritize repair and maintenance tasks.Monitor supplies and communicate needs for parts to the General Manager.Secure the theatre by locking doors and maintaining keys during non-operational hours.Ensure the safety of the premises by preventing unauthorized access during maintenance work.Coordinate access for external vendors to designated work areas.Utilize Personal Protective Equipment properly while performing various tasks.Adapt to changing cleaning needs and respond to safety and security observations by reporting them to management.Perform additional related tasks as required.Eligibility Requirements: Benefits: Each role offers a range of exciting benefits for both hourly and salaried employees:
