Theatre Manager

The essential duties and responsibilities of a Theatre Manager include, but are not limited to, the following: Follows the direction of the General ManagerSupports General Manager’s decisions in communication with Team MembersResponsible for working in all departments and all theatre job functionsActs as the ‘Manager On Duty’ in the General Manager’s absenceTrains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functionsAssists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General ManagerAssists the General Manager with monthly inventories and product ordersObserves and participates in the inspection of the theatre building, parking lot, landscaping, Cinemark property, roof and exterior signage, and equipment conditionReports the need for building, property, and equipment repairs to the General ManagerFollows the policies and procedures as established in Cinemark’s guidelines.
