Theatre Expeditor job at Bear Tooth Theatrepub & Grill. Anchorage, AK. Previous restaurant experience is preferred. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures Communicate orders, changes, and modifications with FOH and BOH staff Read printed tickets and prepare garnish and items for sale Inspect dishes and tickets for modifications and accuracy Ensure the cleanliness of the expo stations throughout the shift Communicate clearly and professionally with all staff in the restaurant Complete all opening, closing, and side duties Other duties as assigned Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect Qualifications Stand and walk for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks Work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions Lift and carry 30+ lbs Communicate professionally and effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments Organization and prioritization skills Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina Bend, move quickly around the restaurant, and stop and wipe frequently Self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency We love great benefits, and you should too!
