We are now accepting applications for Theater Staff at our premiere luxury theater location in Cape Coral, Florida.

Job Description

Responsible for daily theater tasks including but not limited to: providing film information to patrons, answering phones, cleaning theaters, cleaning work stations and theater equipment, preparing quality concession items for patrons to purchase, selling tickets and/or concessions, tearing tickets, helping patrons with seating, cleaning and stocking restrooms, among many other general theater tasks as business or supervision requires.
Handle and accurately manage assigned cash funds or ticket stock and give appropriate change as required by the transaction.
Effectively communicate stocking needs, theater capacity, or patron concerns, etc. to management in a timely manner.
Some general lifting up to 50 pounds may be necessary in moving stock items or trash removal from auditoriums.
The ultimate goal is to ensure that each guest receives a great movie-going experience in a clean, customer focused environment with limited distractions.
Provide great customer service with courteous and professional behavior.
