Marquee Arts is looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for community, guest relations, film, theater and live events to join the team as a Theater Manager. They provide leadership and direction to the Front of House Team to ensure that all team members are guest-focused, team-focused, and contributing to enhancing the overall Marquee Arts guest experience. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the Front of House team. Assist with reviewing and approving bi-weekly payroll; includes reviewing payroll reports to ensure staff are adhering to policies and procedures related to paid time-off, scheduling requirements, attendance, etc. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
