Theater Manager - Immediate Hiring As a Theater Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership abilities, guest-first focus, and organizational skills. The Theater Manager position is a dynamic position - the ability to adapt and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment is a must.Generally, work tasks and responsibilities will include: Managing and having responsibility of all aspects of the theater, including personnel, facility, vendor, and financial managementCommunicating timely, clearly, and effectively with company leadership to coordinate the execution of dutiesProviding keen oversight of the operation, cleanliness, and performance of the theaterBeing available, outside scheduled working hours, to field time-sensitive or urgent communications from the theaterLearning all systems related to delivering our services and developing basic problem-solving skills related to theater technologyOverseeing money, asset, and inventory management and acting as a custodian of company propertyHelping to hire, train, schedule and develop team members using company standards as a guideWorking at least one opening and one closing shift at theater each weekProviding an excellent guest experience by proactively and reactively addressing guest concernsServing as a liaison to the corporate office in coordinating marketing and sales activitiesQualifications / Expectations About the Company: GQT Movies
