Join Our Team Reporting to the Director, Technology Projects, this role will assist in the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional projects. The Project Specialist will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery of projects meeting and elevating Cinemark theatrical Presentation standards by managing day-to-day tasks, supporting technical and business analysis, and facilitating communication across internal teams and external partners. Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, Or8+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or technical support roles.Exposure to project management methodologies.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tracking tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Experience with digital cinema, AV systems, or technology deployments is a plus.PMP certification or progress toward certification is a plus.
