The 48HFP city producer position is a great opportunity for someone who would like to gain valuable experience running a worldwide film competition and festival, organizing exciting and extraordinary events and screenings for filmmakers, making contacts and helping to cultivate the local film community and being a key component of one of the largest and most respected network of filmmakers and producers around the world. A successful candidate will have the following qualities: excellent organizational and communication skills, previous festival and/or event planning experience, creativity and problem-solving skills, knowledge of technology including email, social media, Zoom, Dropbox, Microsoft Word or similar software, determination to put in time and effort to making the 48HFP a great event for local filmmakers, existing network of personal and professional contacts with groups, businesses and individuals in the film, media and arts communities.
