LED FastStart, Louisiana Economic Development's single-source, workforce solutions provider is building a world-class team to support Louisiana's workforce for new and expanding companies. The Talent Campaign Specialist (TCS) will support the creation, maintenance and optimization of talent attraction campaigns and efforts at LED FastStart. This position will also collaborate with other team members to develop content to deliver innovative and effective talent attraction efforts for LED, LED FastStart clients, and other Louisiana employers with economic driver job opportunities. The TCS may be required to travel throughout Louisiana and occasionally outside Louisiana and the United States. Specific Duties Include: Contribute to the planning, strategy and implementation of talent attraction campaigns targeted at entry-level and interns, out-of-state expats, skilled tradesmen, and other talent audiences Create campaigns using the Phenom system to reach candidates and leads in the CRM Oversee content for all social media platforms associated with LouisianaNOW.job
