The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for supporting a multi-year supply chain strategy by leading the development of enterprise demand and supply planning, inventory strategy, and distribution governance across food, beverage, disposables, kitchen equipment, and merchandise. This role will own and create the company‑wide rolling demand and supply forecast, inventory strategy, distributor performance management, and pricing governance.
