About the Role
Capture Films is a full-service video production company in downtown Provo, producing branded content, commercials, and documentary work for national and international clients. We're hiring one person to own the systems that keep our shoots running, from gear prep through media delivery.
What You'll Do
- Build and pull equipment lists for upcoming shoots
- Handle rental house pickups and returns
- Charge batteries, prep media cards, and inspect every piece of kit before it goes out
- Load and organize the van
- Receive, check in, clean, and re-stow all gear after each shoot
- Own the post-shoot media chain: ingest footage, back it up to the server, mobile drives, and cloud, verify transfers, organize to our folder structure, and return cleared cards to the team
- Keep the studio organized, stocked, and running between shoots
What We're Looking For
- Obsessive organization. Someone who genuinely enjoys systems, labels, and checklists
- Reliability above all
- Basic camera and lighting familiarity
- Comfort with file management and external drives
- Valid driver's license required
