As Flock's video output continues to grow in volume, ambition, and operational complexity, the Senior Film Producer role is responsible for owning all pre-production and on-site production logistics that make high-quality video possible. This role is the backbone of our video production engine. The Senior Film Producer will work closely with internal video leads, external freelancers, customers, and cross-functional partners to execute productions that reflect Flock's brand, values, and operational excellence. This role requires up to 90% of travel, including frequent flights and long-distance driving.
