Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, plastics engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or related technical discipline 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, reliability engineering, or technical operations Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations across multiple plants Proven ability to improve operational performance metrics such as throughput, uptime, reliability, yield, and scrap reduction Experience with process troubleshooting, operational stabilization, commissioning, and startup activities Experience managing capital projects within manufacturing environments Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to lead and develop engineering teams Willingness to travel up to 75% to various manufacturing sites and vendors Proficiency in common office software and technology tools OysterLink is a restaurant, hospitality, and hotel job platform.
