Sous Chef

The Sous Chef plays a critical role in maintaining high standards in preparing high quality food for RoadHouse guests. The sous chef is a positive and professional team player who assists with the efficient operation of the kitchen and assumes oversight of the kitchen in the absence of the head chef. Sous Chef duties include: Safety: Enforces health and safety standards planning, communication and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools Must be 19 years of age or older Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays
