Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Baltimore, MD, responsible for managing and growing Rize Film Productions’ presence across social media platforms. Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and refine platform-specific campaigns.Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to create clear, compelling, and brand-aligned social media content.Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and engaging with online communities in a professional manner.Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting to measure performance and inform decision-making.Familiarity with the film, entertainment, or media industry and an understanding of audience behavior across platforms.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a dynamic, creative environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Knowledge of basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
