Job Description

The Social Gaming will provide excellent guest service, take orders, assist guests, promote sales, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food, beverage, and social gaming orders accurately Serve guests promptly and courteously Promote Social Gaming options with guests in-venue Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and guest spaces Handle guest questions and concerns professionally Work with Team Members to keep operations running smoothly Follow company policies, safety standards, and cash-handling procedures Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

Required Skills

Knowledge of dart, shuffleboard, and golf play required Friendly and positive attitude Strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Education & Experience

Must be at least 21 years of age Previous server or guest service experience required Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times Some locations may require Food Handler and State Alcohol Certifications Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motion
