Server

The server role provides a vital link between our Guests and the kitchen staff. The essential duties and responsibilities of a Server include, but are not limited to, the following: Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional mannerPossess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the Guest experienceAccurately records food and beverage orders from Guests in a timely mannerVerifies identification to confirm Guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactionsEnsures that alcohol is consumed in designated areas onlySeats Guests when applicableConsistently use suggestive selling techniquesCollaborates with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurateDeliver food and beverage orders within established time framesConsistently wipes down and sanitizes Employee and Guest high-contact areasProperly utilizes Personal Protective Equipment while completing position specific tasksAdapts to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasksMonitors safety and security issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc.) Must be able to effectively and regularly converse in and comprehend EnglishAbility to work in a team environment and independentlyAbility to take and follow directionResponds with a sense of urgency DISCLAIMER: This job description is intended only as a general guideline of your duties and responsibilities at Cinemark and is not a legally binding contract.
