Senior Labor Relations Specialist

This role requires a highly motivated professional with deep labor relations expertise, excellent judgment, strong executive presence, and the ability to lead across organizational boundaries in a dynamic, highly regulated environment. CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Partner closely with the CPO, COO, and outside counsel to plan, organize, and facilitate labor strategy initiatives, policies, and practices, with a strong emphasis on collective bargaining and union-management relationships. QUALIFICATIONS 6+ years of Labor Relations experience in an organized environment or Labor Law or Strategic Planning expertise, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with teammates and leaders at all levels of the organization.
