Role Summary Member of the Technology Development team responsible for metals and thin‑film etch process development for advanced DRAM. The role owns wet and vapor etch processes, drives experiments and data analysis, and works with integration and partner process teams to meet yield, performance, and scaling targets. Approximately 5 years of relevant experience (industry or graduate research) in semiconductor process development or related work. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
