What you´ll do • Leads engineering team supporting the company's top accounts in the consumer electronics market to develop new adhesives and processes to be best in class partner. What makes you a good fit • Minimum bachelor’s degree in science or engineering with 10 years of experience with adhesives and films/tapes materials used in consumer electronics devices. • Minimum of 5 years of experience of leading at least team of 5+ engineers/scientist as a direct report. • The capacity to use agile methodologies and adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions.
