Description Applicants must have 1+ years of restaurant experience. Open availability preferred; weekends required. This position is seasonal, running through the summer until mid-September. Duties & Responsibilities • Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol beverage control policies • Extensive knowledge of the food, drink, and specials menus • Accurately take, ring in, and serve orders to the customers’ specifications • Able to use the POS systems with efficiency • Monitor guests throughout their visit, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services • Conduct all monetary transactions with attention to detail • Handle, store, date, and rotate all products properly • Promptly report equipment and food quality issues to a manager • Communicate clearly and professionally with all persons in the restaurant • Complete all opening, closing, and side duties • Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect
