No Experience Needed, Training Provided! Arcade Attendant - Tucson • Ensure guest safety by following all required safety processes and protocols • Anticipate guest perception / needs • Ensure proper usage of RHC equipment (Kiosks, card readers, POS systems, bowling equipment, arcade games, laser tag, Krazy Darts, Intercard, etc) • Answer phones with professionalism, effectively addressing guest questions and concerns • Know and communicate ROADIES game card and point redemption • Conduct ticket, game and redemption sales, knowing company policy when to offer comps • Engage in professional communications with staff and guests at all times • Help to maintain and clean arcade games and equipment, laser tag, bowling area, Krazy Dartstroubleshoot minor problems, and help guests with questions or issues related to games • Daily verification of correct price labels on the appropriate prizes • Maintain ROADIES cleanliness inside and out, including debris in walk ways • Complete side-work as assigned • Review bathroom cleanliness each time you use it (per training guidelines) • Arcade trash removal Perform other duties as assigned Roadhouse CinemasROADIES is a dine-in movie theater, an arcade and social gaming concept, featuring fun group activities like bowling, Krazy Darts, Laser tag, axe throwing and tons of arcade games combined with a full bar and full-service restaurant.
