Job Summary Established Merch is hiring a dependable, hands-on Production & Fulfillment Associate to support daily operations in a screen printing and embroidery shop. Ability to lift 25–40 lbs regularly Comfortable working on your feet for most of the shift Strong attention to detail (order accuracy is critical) Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn multiple roles and adapt daily Team-oriented mindset If you’re not reliable, this is not the role for you. Preferred (Not Required) Experience in screen printing, embroidery, or apparel production Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience Familiarity with ink mixing or color matching
