Job Summary
Established Merch is hiring a dependable, hands-on Production & Fulfillment Associate to support daily operations in a screen printing and embroidery shop. This role covers multiple areas including shipping, receiving, press support, DTF, ink management, and general production tasks.
This is a physically active, fast-paced role. You will move between tasks and help wherever needed to keep production on schedule.
Responsibilities
Catch, stack, and organize garments coming off press
Fold, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Ship orders using UPS, USPS, and FedEx systems
Receive and verify incoming inventory and garments
Assist with DTF printing and handling
Mix inks to spec and manage ink inventory (organization, labeling, restocking)
Reclaim screens and maintain press-ready inventory
Offload deliveries and move materials throughout the shop
Maintain a clean, organized production environment
Support production team to eliminate bottlenecks and keep workflow moving
Requirements
Ability to lift 25–40 lbs regularly
Comfortable working on your feet for most of the shift
Strong attention to detail (order accuracy is critical)
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to learn multiple roles and adapt daily
Team-oriented mindset

Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in screen printing, embroidery, or apparel production
Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience
Familiarity with ink mixing or color matching
