St. Louis Best Films & Coatings is a growing, established company specializing in premium automotive window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), detailing/ ceramic coatings, and vinyl wrap production and installation.

We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, high-quality installations, and a professional customer experience.

We are looking for a motivated, personable, and organized individual to join our team in a combined sales and front desk/customer service role.

Job Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
Greet customers and provide an excellent first impression.
Educate customers on our products and services.
Convert incoming leads and inquiries into scheduled appointments and sales.
Prepare estimates, explain pricing, and follow up with potential customers.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with installation technicians.
Process customer payments and assist with invoices.
Maintain accurate customer records and update our scheduling and CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
Assist with general office administration and daily operations.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, outgoing, professional personality.
Sales-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Previous sales, customer service, or receptionist experience preferred.
Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required.
