JOB DUTIESDeliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests including utensils, sauces, and napkins while embodying Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures.Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.Demonstrate Commitment, and Integrity at all times - double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen/expediter/supervisors if they are not.Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinepolis offerings if guests would like to order more items.Clean auditoriums removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items.Be of service to your team members and assist them when needed including scanning tickets for guests, cleaning and restroom checks, and ringing up guests at concessions or box office.Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist.Be cognizant of issues with movie projections-communicating with management when issues arise.Complete all opening, mid and closing procedures- including but not limited to other duties.Acknowledging guest by Cinpolis standards.Attend and participate in trainings and meetings.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Must be 18 years or older.
