As a frontliner, Theatre Staff will work behind concession and box office, interacting with guests to make each experience magical and fun. • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests at all times. • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional guest support. • Sell concession items to guests. • Maintain clean auditoriums, restrooms and any areas as directed by theatremanagement, including sweep and mop floors, pick up and empty trash in and aroundthe building.
