Repertory & Alternative Booking Administrator

Alamo Drafthouse is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and responsive team member to help us coordinate and manage our signature repertory and private event film booking processes. • This position sometimes requires work in the evenings or weekends to solve problems and resolve issues, since that is when most of our guests visit our theaters. • Able to develop strong business relationships across generations and at different levels of an organization; Very comfortable on the phone, since that is the preferred communication method of many of our distribution partners. We strive to be a force of good in our company, in our industry and in the world. We obsess over every detail and take pride in our work because we know it makes all the difference to our guests and our teammates.
