About the Role Regal is looking for a Regional People & Culture Business Partner who is passionate about supporting leaders, strengthening teams, and helping cinemas deliver extraordinary guest experiences. Support Employee Relations and Risk MitigationServe as a primary People & Culture contact for sensitive employee matters across supported locations.Coach leaders through employee relations concerns with fairness, consistency, confidentiality, and sound judgment.Conduct and document investigations thoroughly and professionally.Support consistent application of company policies, legal requirements, and employment practices.Help identify trends and recommend proactive solutions that reduce risk and improve the work environment.Serve as a Strategic People PartnerPartner with Regional Directors and cinema leaders to align people strategies with operational goals.Help leaders think through organizational needs, staffing, role clarity, leadership effectiveness, and team performance.Support business initiatives and operational changes by helping leaders plan, communicate, and guide teams through transition.Provide guidance and oversight to People & Culture Assistant support, where applicable.Strengthen Culture and the Team Member ExperienceChampion Regal’s vision, values, and commitment to an inclusive and respectful workplace.Partner with leaders to improve engagement, retention, communication, and the overall team member experience.Use feedback, engagement insights, and operational trends to help leaders understand what is working and where improvement is needed.Support recognition practices that connect team members to Regal’s mission of sharing extraordinary experiences.Drive Operational Team ExcellenceWork closely with field leaders to understand staffing needs, talent gaps, turnover trends, and business priorities.Visit cinemas strategically to support leaders, assess team dynamics, celebrate wins, and help improve execution.Review people metrics such as turnover, staffing, engagement, and employee relations trends to identify opportunities and drive accountability.Help create practical, field-friendly solutions that support consistent execution across locations.Coach and Develop LeadersCoach cinema and regional leaders on communication, coaching, accountability, engagement, and team leadership.Support talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning for key roles.Partner with leaders to identify training needs and build leadership capability.Participate in leadership meetings, strategy discussions, and cross-functional projects that support the business.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who understands people, operations, and the pace of a guest-facing business. Experience supporting leaders and teams across multiple locations.A background in HR, Operations, Employee Relations, Operations Leadership, or a similar business partner role.Strong judgment and the ability to balance team member advocacy with business needs.Confidence coaching leaders through complex, sensitive, or ambiguous situations.Experience using data, trends, and business insights to recommend solutions.Strong communication skills and the ability to influence leaders at different levels.A practical, hands-on approach and comfort working in a fast-paced field environment.The ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through, and stay organized.High integrity and a strong commitment to confidentiality.Flexibility to work hours that align with cinema operations when needed.About you About Regal
