The Regional Field Food & Beverage Trainer is responsible for driving consistency, quality, and execution of Alamo Drafthouse Food & Beverage standards across assigned venues. This role blends field-based training and operational support with a strong focus on COGS management and cleanliness, in addition to food & beverage quality standards. Fosters a culture of accountability, cleanliness, and operational excellenceEnsures compliance with federal, local, and company safety, training, and brand standardsSupports teammate engagement and development initiatives within venuesWork ExpectationsPrimarily field-based role (?90% in-venue / 10% administrative)Regular travel within the region is required (up to ~70%)Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak business periodsExpected to observe peak operations weekly and maintain a strong in-venue presenceAbility to step into operational gaps when needed (manager coverage, training support)Qualifications2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality operationsServSafe Certification, local Health Cards (as required)Strong knowledge of COGs management, food safety, and F&B execution standardsExperience in training, coaching, and developing teamsFamiliarity with LMS platforms (Wisetail preferred)Experience with systems such as Crunchtime and Toast preferredStrong communication, coaching, and public speaking skillsProven ability to influence without direct authorityHighly adaptable, self-motivated, and solutions-orientedAbility to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environmentWorking Conditions: DO THE RIGHT THING We strive to be a force of good in our company, in our industry and in the world.
