Floor Staff may be scheduled to work in the Concession Stand or be scheduled as either an Usher or Greeter. Floor Staff employees must act as a representative of Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies, including: Upselling/Suggestive sellingPromoting the Regal Unlimited programScanning pre-purchased & Unlimited ticketsPromoting the Regal Crown Club & Regal AppComplying with all local, state, and federal food safety lawsRequired to read and understand training materials that will cover: Subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination.Abide by all federal & state laws regarding breaks and/or meal periodsOperating, preparing, and cleaning of all concession related equipmentOperating POS system, including proper cash handling & responsibility for: Accuracy of cash drawer, credit cards, and gift cards; as well asRedeemed coupons & concession stock inventory The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
