This year’s 44th edition of Reeling: The Chicago LGBTQ+ Film Festival is seeking three managers to oversee various aspects of festival operations! The Festival Theater Manager will be present at The Landmark Theater (2828 N Clark St, Chicago, IL 60657) throughout the festival to oversee the front-of-house operations, including crowd and line control, managing volunteer ushers and ticket scanning, seeing to the smooth turnover of audiences, coordinating timing with projectionists and speakers, ensuring that screenings start on time, handling seating and guest relations, ensuing voting ballots are distributed and collected, managing rush protocols for sold-out screenings, and other aspects of ensuring the smooth operations of screenings. Festival Box Office Manager The Box Office Manager will be present at The Landmark Theater (2828 N Clark St, Chicago, IL 60657) throughout the festival to oversee all ticketing operations, including day-of box office sales, membership and pass sales, pass distribution, and front-line customer service for screenings, including fielding accessibility requests.
