Production Supervisor - Film, Media, and Arts Program

Come be a part of our Film, Media, and Arts Program in Sacramento, where you will work alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to develop their creative skills and provide hands-on experience in film production, screenwriting, directing, and on-set production. Under the direction of the Program Coordinator, the Production Supervisor provides practical instruction and mentorship in the filmmaking process while creating opportunities for participants to gain real-world experience on film sets and in production environments. Job duties are normally performed at our studio but occasionally productions might take us to film locations in the community. Experience working on professional or independent film sets with knowledge of production workflows and on-set protocols. Experience working with clients or leading client-based film/video projects in a production or leadership capacity is preferred.
